Getting BURP

BURP is available on two blockchains, Ethereum and Polygon. You can get BURP in a variety of different ways:

KuCoin

BURP can be purchased with Tether (USDT) on KuCoinarrow-up-right, which is a centralised exchange. Cryptocurrencies purchased on centralised exchanges are held by the exchange on your behalf in a custodial wallet. Before you can use your BURP on Big Town Chef, you'll need to withdraw it (on the Polygon network) to a non-custodial wallet such as MetaMask.

Gate.io

Similar to KuCoin, Gate.ioarrow-up-right is a centralised exchange. BURP can be purchased with both Tether (USDT) and Ether (ETH). Gate.io currently only supports Ethereum BURP deposits and withdrawals, although Polygon BURP will be available soon.

UniSwap

Unlike KuCoin and Gate.io, UniSwaparrow-up-right is a Decentralised Exchange (DEX). To use decentralised exchanges such as UniSwap you need to have a non-custodial wallet.

Staking

If you already own BURP, you can stake it in the Town Hall and earn more BURP as rewards.

A Note on Bridging

In order to use BURP in Big Town Chef it needs to be on the Polygon network. To bridge BURP from Ethereum to Polygon, you can use the official Polygon bridgearrow-up-right.
